Here's a fun one... I use "knelt" and "kneeled" interchangeably throughout my novel. I don't want to change it because 1. I can't decide which I like better, 2. In some places, I prefer one to the other, 3. Clearly at the time that's how I felt it should be written.😂🤫

At 66,259 words, my manuscript (version 3) is done! - sans editing and full non-plot details - ok, it isn't done.
Does anyone else love naming characters so much that they take any opportunity to name additional characters? And spend an exorbitant amount of time looking for the perfect one? 😆
Finished a total rewrite of my novel in Feb. Sent to some beta readers, but didn't really hear back. Decided to send to an editor, who wants it by July 12. In the meantime, some lovely people offered to read and give feedback. Now working on a third version. Can I finish in time? 😅
I've queried two people because they liked my pitches, but now I'm considering MAJOR rewrites to my story. Don't tell them, but I don't think I'd be upset if they passed for now so that I can present them with an even better story later 🤫
