I haven’t been very active online, I’ve just finished up some major work, I’m finally getting a bit more time, but my back has given out. I’m having physio, I’ve got strong pain killers, but it’s a frustrating time. I’m just trying to get better as soon as I can.
My work is now animated and on the Greeman Festival website. It's great to see it in motion!

If you haven't heard much from me, I'm trying to catch up with some freelance while I'm wearing a back brace. It's draining. I've got one more week left of full time hours at work, and then I'll be dropping down to part time. I'm looking forward to pushing on with more artwork soon.

The ghosts that appear in my work have been with me for 20 years now. Here's a cut paper/ photocopy collage I created back in 2006 when I was in my first year of studying illustration.
Jack Teagle@jackteagle.bsky.social · 3mo agoThe process of “The Return”. It stated as a sketchbook drawing, which I then refined into a large pencil drawing. I inked over the pencils using a lightbox, and then scanned the inks to colour the image digitally.
Here's my card for the Magic: The Gathering Secret Lair Garfield collaboration for the MTG Secret Lair CATS ARE THE BEST superdrop! It feels pretty surreal to make official Garfield art!
