The effective federal corporate income tax rate: 1950: 50% 1990: 25% 2020: 13% Stop asking "but how we will pay for it?" Restore the corporate tax rate. That is how we will pay for it.

I love how scalpers act like they own pokemon cards now. like "this isn't a kid's game anymore" like yes it is. it's still a kids game that used to be easily accessible to kids until you ruined it. it's not and never was for you to hoard.

Six congressmen bought between $83,000 to $245,000 in SpaceX stock just before its IPO: -Jared Moskowitz -Gil Cisneros -Dan Meuser -John McGuire -William Timmons -John James Five serve on committees whose work impacts SpaceX's business. We must ban members of Congress from trading stock.

The world's first trillionaire received 38 Billion Dollars from the US government. But, no, we won't have enough money to pay for school lunches for your kids. Or give you healthcare. Reposted again... Don't buy Tesla cars etc etc

Great. So now I'm going to have to fight against AI companies with millions of dollars in R&D funds whenever I search for out of print books that were never converted into an eBook or PDF format? That's great. Wonderful. share.google/lipC63VXoQON...

And the fraudsters (we know them), who say they are looking for fraud, insist fraud only happens in blue states so they can try to extort those states while real, convicted fraudsters get pardons from President Fraudster.

It's wild to me that there's an entire insular subcommunity that identifies themselves as "Gamers" but don't actually like games. Rather, they seem to like complaining about games and imagining that they're the victims of some grand conspiracy none of them can even explain the actual goal of.

I posted about judging the Dodgers for visiting the White House and a bunch of people responded with, "Why do you care, they're just athletes, ignore it." This shit is why. We ignore the actions of the rich, famous, and influential at our own peril. I don't give a shit if they're just athletes.

The news media thinks “defund the police” is some form of gotcha but the truth is that police budgets are way too high and teachers’ salaries are way too low.
