Part of why I want to get better at painting is because I’m petty & want to put men in the place women have occupied throughout the history of art For centuries, women were depicted through the male gaze. It’s time to turn the tables, y’all

I caved and made another instagram for art. But I’m starting to feel it’s going to be damn near impossible to grow or reach anyone — because who has the time to be making reels each time they post??? I’ve tried a few times & it takes away from painting, or really doing anything else, is crazy
