Had a full autistic shutdown this morning. Got too overwhelmed. Called in sick at work after an hour of trying to work. Had a little cry. Got into littlespace with some hypno and had a nap. Think I'm doing better, but I feel mentally exhausted. I don't want to be big anymore. This is too hard.

I feel the need to have a very open, honest & frank rant about my working situation. Buckle up. And read the whole thing. Today is my first day back at work after my week off. And I am fed up. Why? Because I am feeling overworked & underpaid - especially for my age, experience & responsibilities.
I need to have a full week, to start with, in full baby mode. No work, no adult things. Give up my phone and devices. Only baby food and all drinks from bottles. Have to eat and drink everything daddy gives me, watch what daddy allows and play with what daddy gives me.
I just don't have words. I'm so happy for @jakey.space He surpassed the last goal. I don't have words for the amazing community. He will be able to go to BFC and enjoy it.
