My favourite Prussian (yes, I had a favourite Prussian!) has passed away.
The Royal Watcher@royalwatcher.bsky.social · 2mo agoPrincess Anastasia of Prussia, Princess zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg passed away at the age of 82 earlier this week. The granddaughter of the last German Crown Prince was married to the Head of the illustrious Princely Family of Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg.
Spotify just made me realise that it's been nine years since Laura and Koit got lost in Verona and I haven't felt so "dated" in a long time... #agingeurofanproblems

Han Helge & Han Håkon? More like Sámi & Viktor am I right lads? #SámiGrandPrix #SGP2026
Although beautiful I can't really connect with "Dorvobáiki". Caroline on the other hand is a star in the making. Captivating performance and an absolute pro. #SGP2026
I've been rushing to get home in time for #SGP2026 and although a bit late I'm so excited for tonight's show!
It's hard to keep yourself from going full-on Kathy Najimy when "Salve Regina" is one of the hymns at church.
If I had to choose one single negative to English being the main language of international pop culture it would be that Mylene Farmer isn't the global superstar she and her artistry deserve to be.
WHAT A FUCKING RECORD@whatafuckingrecord.bsky.social · 7mo ago35
As a Swede I wholeheartedly believe that if, unlikely as it is, Felicia got disqualified for criticising Israel's participation in Eurovision it'd be a worthy price to pay for not playing along with the EBU to placate Israel and its genocidal and colonialist agenda.
Eurovoix@eurovoix.com · 7mo ago🇸🇪 #Sweden: EBU Contacts SVT & Felicia Following Singer's Comments on Israel #Eurovision eurovoix.com/2026/03/10/%...
Felicia won yesterday and it started right away: "Generic, lazy, songwriting by numbers, Melfest machine fodder etc" and then today: "Israel, Israel, Israel"... Thank God I'm tapping out because I couldn't take three more months of this.
Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez: “Today more than ever, it is essential to remember that one can be against a hateful regime as is the case with the Iranian regime…and at the same time be against an unjustified, dangerous military intervention outside of international law.”
I love San Remo, but 30 songs AND old dalmatian head is a bit much... #Sanremo
I had hoped that old dalmatian head guy would be in bed at this hour, but here he comes again... #Sanremo
A blind opera singer on a white horse is what San Remo is all about ❤️ #Sanremoq
Five goofy Swedish boys next door singing a catchy song with a blend of P3 pop and dansband vibes. I'm sold. #Melfest
I like the live version of Tounge tied more than I thought, but there's a disconnect between an energetic song and a quite lackluster performance. #Melfest
Although it has an important message and Sarah is exhausting herself trying to elevate the song it's obvious why it was rejected. #Melfest
How on brand for the Melfest app to crash within an hour of the contest starting. #Melfest
"I maschi", "Bello impossibile", "Un'estate Italiana" - Gianna Nannini was wildly popular in Sweden during the late 80s and defined the europop so favoured by our only radio channel that played commercial music. #sanremo
I'm deliriously happy that one of my favourite nights of the years is about to begin. Delirious, happy and so tired I could cry... #Sanremo
I miss Amadeus. He would have been getting the skis out by now and having a go down the stairs. #sanremo
