Out of all the recent changes to my favorite bands, Jake no longer being with @umphreysmcgee.bsky.social definitely hurts the most. Mad love to Jake and all his contributions to the band. And for those nervous about how the Jake-less UM sounds, nothing to worry about. They still fucking rock balls!

Going to the Marc Maron Divided Sky benefit tonight and hoping the rumors are true that Trey will be there with his guitar. And since it’s a bunch of comedians I hope Trey also does something funny and plays the new Goose song.

I’ve barely posted on here in a while but I just came home from an awesome Eggy show and, uh, I can’t go to sleep for some reason soooooo I’m gonna watch and comment on a horror movie I’ve never seen: Megan. LFG!

Exactly one month ago I was at MSG seeing my 200th Phish show and they were just starting the gag which could have just been a silly production about ice cream OR could have been a thinly veiled art piece criticizing ICE. Which is what I choose to believe. So in conclusion, FUCK ICE, Go Phish!

Super bummed about Kris no longer drumming for Umphrey’s. He was such a great part of the band and will have big shoes to fill, especially his vocal range. I imagine they’ll have to shelve some great covers. Wishing Kris all the best and excited to see what the next chapter brings for Umph.

Wow! Great first set. Eggy brought out opener (sorry I forgot his name) to play LA Woman to end the set and energy in the room was off the charts. I got the beginning and ending (shown here) it was bad-fucking-ass!
