Surprise! A new episode of my #knitting podcast is already out. It’s a quick one, as I’m just celebrating 500 subscribers by giving away a $50 gift certificate to Simply Sock Yarn Company. Good luck! 🥰🧶 youtu.be/UzWcpWoYGJ4?...

In the process of #knitting my first Lopi sweater, the Riddari. It’s bottom up, and I’m just about to start on the first colorwork bit after the ribbing. I love the yarn so much! Bless those Icelandic sheep 😂🧶
Finished #knitting another pair of socks tonight. I have a bunch of sweater yarn on the way so I’m finishing up stuff that was already on my needles before it arrives 🧶🧦
Finished #knitting the first sock in a new pair tonight. Yarn is Whaley House by Polymorph Dye Works. Green tweed accent is Harvest Festival from a pack of minis I got from Knit Picks last year 🧶🧦
Finished this pair last night for a friend. First time #knitting shorties socks and I love how they turned out. No pattern, just 7 rows of 2x2 rib and 8 rows for the foot before a standard heel flap and gusset. Yarn is Knit Picks Stroll Effects in the Koi Pond colorway 🧦🧶

Was in the hospital for most of the week but I finally managed to finish #knitting this pair of socks for my wife today. See previous post for yarn/pattern deets 🧦🧶
Finished #knitting the first sock in a new pair for my wife. Main color is Trapper Keeper by Polymorphy Dye Works and the pink accent is from a Valentine set by Wilderness Fiber on Etsy. Pattern is Hermione’s Everyday Socks. I love how it turned out 😍🧶🧦
Fresh off the #knitting needles. Pair #9 for the year. Yarn is Prismatic by ShirstyCat. Heel is just stash leftovers. Love how these turned out 😍🧶🧦
Home from the Central PA Fiber Fesitval. Had a blast, as always, and came away with lots of yarn for sock #knitting. Already can’t wait to go back next year 😂🧶🧦
Fresh off the #knitting needles. This is pair number 8 for the year. Nothing special. Basic vanilla sock pattern with a 2x2 ribbed cuff. Yarn is Arne & Carlos 😁🧶🧦
Finished #knitting the first sock in my new pair 😁🧶🧦
First time #knitting socks with Arne & Carlos yarn. I’ve used their Regia Design Line before but never their own label. It’s feels very similar so maybe it’s the same source? Either way, I like it. Feels very soft yet durable 😁🧶🧦

Fresh off the #knitting needles. My Frog & Toad socks. Started April 19, finished April 27. Kay Jones’ Crunkled Sock Pattern on the leg for texture. 2.5mm needles. Eyes of Partridge heel flap 🧶🧦🐸
Finally knitting up my Frog & Toad socks using the yarn I got last year from Frog It! Yarns. I used Kay Jones’ Crunkled Sock pattern on the leg, and straight vanilla after that. Should he done by the fiber fest so I can show Tasha 🙂🧶🧦🐸
Sock knitters! Tell me your experiences #knitting cables on socks. Yay? Nay? I’m considering giving it a shot at some point this year 🧶🧦
If you’re a #knitter who is near Hughesville, PA the weekend of May 16-17, be sure to check out the Central PA Fiber Festival. This’ll be my 4th year in a row going. It’s awesome. I can’t wait to see all the goodies they have this year. It’s like my Christmas 😂🧶 centralpennfiberfest.com/home/about/

Knit Picks recently had a $10 sale on yarn, so I grabbed a hank of Hawthorne in Cosmic Speckle, and a hank of Stroll Effects in Koi. Can’t wait to start #knitting these up into socks 😍🧶🧦
Just finished #knitting this pair of socks for my wife. That’s #6 for the year. I don’t recall the yarn because I started them a while ago, but I got the swirl on the leg using the Wyatt Socks pattern by Kay Litton 🧶🧦
Started #knitting this sock on Friday night and finished it today. Decided to use the Crunkled Sock pattern by Kay Jones for a a bit of texture. Yarn is OnLine 6-ply DK Supersocke in the Alpin colorway 🧶🧦
Finished #knitting this pair of #socks for my mum tonight. That’s #5 for the year 🧶🧦
My mum requested a pair of socks that have “some blue in them.” 😂 Here’s the first of the pair I just finished #knitting. Yarn is Opal Rainforest in the Parrot colorway 🧶🧦
