Good article. In particular there’s a real opportunity to increase recognition of overseas qualifications and expand scope of practice by AHPRA.

Apropos of nothing, but there’s two established liberal parties in Denmark and Sweden called “the Moderates” and no parties named something similar in Australia.
Citation software is very useful in legal academia, particularly if you are submitting an article to different journals that have different (and in some cases inaccessible citation styles). Also, Zotero allows you to put in notes that can help future you (your most important collaborator).
Rest in peace Fr Michael Tate. I can remember him telling me and about 200 other undergrads an engrossing story about an RAAF fighter jet and international humanitarian law back in 2009. The world is poorer for his passing.

Regarding Canvas, after discussions with colleagues this reinforces to me that (as much as I would like to Retvrn to Moodle), commercial LMS are going to be devoured by Microsoft/Google shortly. Both can offer far better infrastructure and security than shonky venture capital backed LMS vendors.

Last week I taught Health Law and Ethics at @flindersuniversity.bsky.social’s city campus. This is one of my favourite courses to teach, as it is cross listed in both our health admin and JD programs, so we get a really interesting and diverse cohort of students which makes for great discussions.

The data is hosted on Outscale. Transcripts and subtitles are also handled by French providers. The target is set on 2027 for government agencies.
