ADHD brain fog for the day: I am going to make a salad for dinner and wanted to find out how much protein was in feta cheese. I opened my browser and wrote "How much protein is in coffee?" I stared at the screen, seeing nothing about feta cheese before I realized what I had done. #forgoodnesssake

I went for a swim after work and did 30 laps. There was a family in the pool we all waved hello. As I swam, the parents continued to show their kids how to swim. They were overjoyed! When my head was underwater, they sounded like merpeople. We spoke no words, but that's okay. Joy has no language.
