It was a pleasure to attend #MIW2024 miw2024.org in Monterey, USA! Before, I had processed ROV video & identified bottlenose dolphins & measured colour of propagules off photographs. This is my 2nd workshop involving marine imagery. I look forward to using some of these techniques in the future!

I'm happy to report that my contract has been extended to the end of December! I am currently working on a grant proposal for a different project!

I am happy to begin new contract work with Fisheries and Oceans Canada, which will last from early Feb to late Mar! My work will involve data extraction, calculations & preliminary advanced statistical analyses, which will contribute to management of the invasive green crab, Carcinus maenus.
