The richest person in the world, an avowed white supremacist, today again posted "the next step is getting rid of 'source code' entirely and just making an efficient binary directly with AI" because he has no idea how anything works, not even the basics of industries he is in.

This morning I noticed all the gold hardware on white doorknobs, cabinet pulls, etc. in the house. They've been that way for decades and for _some reason_ that particular combination now looks really fucking cheap and tacky and I may have to replace all of them.

I have realized that with my cat needing medication multiple times per day, I'm now stuck in perpetual upcoming meeting mode.

Pro tip: do not use git-lfs for Unity packages. Unity package manager will silently fail to pull the lfs files causing errors. And since it's not really using git as git, the only real remedy is to force Unity to try again and hope it works the next time.

My experience with those using LLMs is that they are very good at making supposed senior programmers who have fallen into the trap look like junior-to-mid programmers.

Do you prefer "function()" or "function ()". And if you find the opposite, do you change entire existing source files to fit your preference?
