The Dumbfuck-in-Chief has just made things more expensive for consumers again. The moron hasn't learned his lesson (very slow learner). He's playing with tariffs again, making things we get from Canada more expensive, incuding homes (33% of American homes are built with Canadian lumber).

Basic Economics-Why are things are so expensive? Although the idiocy of the Iran War jacked up oil prices, most of our inflation is related to huge government borrowings, related to deficit spending. Trump Administrations have logged record deficits, with debt interest now our largest expense.
The reflecting pool debacle needs further investigation. Most estimates indicate the new pool liner could have been done properly for about $2 million. Instead, the American people got a $16 million bill from a Trump crony followed by lies about vandalism to keep said crony from having to fix it.
