So went on vacation which has helped refresh my mind but I’ve now experienced jet lag for the first time having left the country. I got back on Monday and getting back into working mode has been a struggle. 🙃🙃

Haven’t seen the Odyssey yet. Honestly all the discourse around the movie makes me hate the idea of either watching the movie or engaging with the discourse 🤣.

Now that I’m officially going to the SCS in Boston I gotta figure out if they’ll let me walk out to “Oh My” by Run the Jewels 🤣🤣.

authors need to stop thinking this is the hunger games: not only one author needs to be left standing at the end. knowledge begets knowledge. expand. include. and for the love of god have some integrity, give credit where it's due. the fact that walden chose the exact same title is just egregious.

While it’s still February I wanna talk about Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly which in my opinion is one of the greatest music albums period! Jazz, rap, r&b, soul, rock, it’s fused with so many genres and it does everything well. Punchy bars, heartbreaking themes, and perspective on the hood.
