RE: the druffle situation from a base maker's perspective: I agree that invasive DRM is bad practice for avatars. Partly because of the privacy of it all, but also because it motivates people to rip and repost. Even if you track down every pirated package, 10 more will pop up.

1/ This company’s models were trained on web scraped datasets (like LAION) and their founders are ex-Stability AI employees who engage in the same thieving practices that led artists like myself to sue Stability. GenAi companies NEED big names to sanitize their exploitation and crippling PR.
