ICE claims that Araujo drove into one of their SUVs with his van and then tried to run over an agent. There were no marks on the van and KHOU11's Jeremy Rogalski found surveillance footage showing ICE chasing Araujo and cutting him off. Renee Good all over again.

While working at a Planet Fitness, I was watching our local Fox channel playing a homage to African-American leaders for a Juneteenth celebration. Then I looked over to ESPN and their version of celebrating Juneteenth was to play a documentary of the summer of 1994 when O.J. Simpson killed his wife.

Just spent $66.05 at McDonald’s for a family of five. 🤯 Nothing extravagant was ordered. Everybody got a value meal and it had a couple of desserts. W.T.F! Does it actually cost that much or is McDonald’s trying to take advantage of the economy situation? 😭

One day, the sycophants will be gone, and the new players will not have such a hard on for this convicted criminal. Only then will we be able to rebuild this grand experiment called the United States.

Excellent. People are pissed. Now do something about it. Have you registered to vote? Do you have all the documentation you need in order to do so? Start planning now. Anger is good. Action is better.

Tesla saved $400 million on its federal taxes by shifting billions of its U.S. profits to countries with lower tax rates. Yes: While you paid your taxes in full, giant corporations maneuvered to pay as little as possible — and it’s all perfectly legal for them. The system is rigged.

Effective 2025 federal tax rates paid by these corporations: Alphabet: 8.01% AT&T: 4.6% Meta: 3.57% General Motors: 3.09% Amazon: 1.37% Exxon Mobil: 1.31% Disney: -1.57% CVS Health: -3.88% Income tax rate paid by the typical American: 14.5% This is what a rigged system looks like.

Amazon, which saved $4B in taxes under Trump's Big Ugly Bill, has cut 30,000 jobs since last October. Verizon, which saved $2B, plans to cut 15,000 jobs this year. Meta, which saved $3B, plans to lay off 20% or more of its workforce. Trickle-down economics is a cruel joke.

The effective federal corporate income tax rate: 1950: 50% 1990: 25% 2020: 13% Stop asking "but how we will pay for it?" Restore the corporate tax rate. That is how we will pay for it.

That one person can drag us into a war without consulting or even notifying Congress beforehand, or our allies, or coherently explain to the American people why this is necessary, is absolutely bonkers. Reminder that Congress has the power to stop this.

About 70% of the U.S. economy runs on consumer spending. But as wealth concentrates at the top, the richest 10% can’t spend enough to sustain it — while everyone else can’t afford to. Reminder that trickle-down economics simply doesn’t make sense. It’s a hoax.

For those who have forgotten the past 40 years: Tax cuts for the rich ...don’t trickle down Boosting military spending ...doesn’t bring peace Slashing regulations ...doesn’t create jobs Folks, we’ve seen this all before.
