I WAS LIKE "HUH, I WONDER WHY TIME TRIAL AND PRACTICE ARE TWO SEPERATE THINGS IN ZERO RACERS, THAT'S ODD, PRACTICE IS THE TIME TRIAL MODE IN SNES" BUT ITS CAUSE IT'S THE START OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP TRACKS FROM THE GBA TRILOGY OH MY GOD
I think Zero Racers is better than at least 4 F-Zero games. Maybe 5.
By the way if you're using Red Viper and want a (fairly) accurate Antonblast Red Room/VB mode palette (had to do the brightness values by eye), here ya go!
It's honestly a little funny to me that me and my friends have jokes about "haha what if you stabbed someone and it made a Dark Fountain" for years now and now it's like "Oh. That could maybe be a plot point."
Fortune's Weave having a lot of darker skinned characters is cool but also it seems like a 50/50 on if they're like, actual skin tone or dark gray ashy anime skin tone
Zero Racers gamerip has been approved on KHInsider, but since it's technically a new release it'll be staggered for actually being added to the site. Still feels crazy to *be* the person actually ripping the soundtrack for a new F-Zero game

Virtual Boy NSO not taking 1080p screenshots on Switch 2 is the most annoying god damn thing cause it's impossible to use any photos from it for screenshots, but is probably decent for Switch 1

Zero Racers is an F-Zero game alright, it certainly doesn't fuck around on Expert and that's not even the hardest difficulty. I'm scared.
