In this life, I’m determined to continue to lose fat, build muscle and become the best version of myself. As a surgeon you need stamina, calmness, dexterity and the strength to keep going, and I want to be that and more for my patients and for myself.

I think residency is extremely exhausting but so rewarding, but I also need to work on my sleep hygiene

once I’m done with residency I think one of my first “big“ purchases will be a cabin in the woods. I love nature and solitude just me a slow burning fire and the sounds of wild. And yes indoor plumbing is a must

How I cope with stress

My main goal with becoming a Urologist is to make sure those from lower socioeconomics statuses as well as those coming from rural areas have proper care. I’ve had patience travel five hours, just to see a urologist and one of them was actually diagnosed with gangrene and needed a serious operation.

My sister (my best friend since college) came to Visit

Studying Is going better than expected. realizing that each exam is just that: an exam and ive taken hundreds by now
