We told Luyou 'minimal edit, ok, we'll do a basic edit for this'. And then I witnessed this story being told and wanted to make it visually sparkle, the way it does narratively. So your boy was a little bit Extra. Hopefully the result is as compelling as it is beautiful.

Grateful for this creative and thoughtful cast, the incredible amount of editing labor done by Darcy, and the structure and support from the studio. 💛 They took a chance on this two system experience, first of its kind in EUphoria.

There's a lot of things I think I'd change if I was to write this piece now - things I'd tighten up and alter and improve in little ways - but one thing I'm proud of is the level of blunt honesty in this writing, a level I'm not sure I'd have the guts to achieve today
Me: Barely keeping my head above water with Real Life dumpster fires left and right, exhausted every hour of the day, deadlines for projects barrelling at me. My brain: All right, I'm gonna cook up about eight of the best game design ideas you've ever had, you ready, you got a fucking pen, nerd?
All right who do I know who's good at logo design/branding? Small budget friendly.
Head in my hands here, lads. Deep audible sigh. If a marginalised person comes to you with a request or suggestion that gives you the opportunity to be a better ally, DON'T make the conversation about you and how YOU feel. Your comfort isn't paramount in that situation. Hush up and ALLY (verb).
One of my favourite parts of this job is watching pitches roll in. Cannot wait to see what amazing ideas we have to choose from!
