Alek Åsmund (he/they): INFP, gay/toric/bigender/asexual, hails from Scandinavia. His family passes down the Daemon pair, Tomtenisse, a pair of gnomes that serve their assigned master...on the condition of porridge (their favorite meal) at least once a year.

As a child, they were cursed by a Daemon pair called St. Anthony's, whose flames cause ergotism, leading to his skin being scarred. His parents desperately searched for a Daemon pair that could ease the pain. The best they found is Quince, a pair of sweet and sour Daemons who use the helpful properties of sugar and sourness (acidity) to ease the pain of the curse.

Fortunately, their pairs were compatible enough for him to keep both. Unfortunately, he eavesdropped on his parents saying they won't give Tomtenisse to their now fragile and weakened son. He refused to have been cursed for nothing. They'll hunt down the St. Anthony's master and get answers out of whoever it is. He forms a contract with Tomtenisse behind his parents' backs, and left home on his own quest, eventually learning that their parents got killed searching for him.

Tomtnisse: Brynjar (long beard) & Lennart (curly beard) (both he/him). They've always had their own name and never accepted any nicknames from new masters. They've become like his two, gay dads after losing their mom and dad.

Quince: Jelly (sweet red) & Gummy (sour yellow) (both she/her). Alek named them after Jell-o (his favorite sweet) and sour gummy worms (his favorite sour). The two of them can turn their bodies into whatever they eat until it's digested and can only transform if Jelly eats sweets and Gummi eats sours. They can salivate and spit up chunks of what they become made of (like hairballs, but it still tastes flawless and keeps their master well-fed).

Milo Tauren (he/him): ENFJ, straight, always loved multicolored things since toddler age, and his mother (widowed) always encouraged and supported his love for it, leading to decora kei. She was his only supporter until he moved to Gravesfield and meet Luz (a kindred spirit) sometime after the defeat of Belos. He earned her trust enough to be introduced to the Boiling Isles, and he hasn't made her regret it since.

His palisman is a cuttlefish that he named "Scuttlebutt"! They're protective of Milo, like a nagging parent.

Headcanon: Ren was a stressed, type-A student who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. One of my fights as Ecto lead to her getting infected with ecto-acne, giving her powers, and leading to an enemies-to-lovers dynamic with me.

She's the Plasmius to my Phantom, with differences:
*Her name is Plasma, for the blood red eyes, claws...and stains.
*Vlad was like a vampire, whereas Ren's like a werewolf.

"The Taiyaki Witch" Yesterday was Koi Day, Strawberry Sundae Day and Chocolate Day. Fish+sweets= taiyaki So I made a pastry witch OC with a name I thought of from koi, for Witch Hat Atelier! #oc #originalcharachter #witchhatatelier #witch #taiyaki

Koë (he/she): age 20, ENFJ, bigender/androsexual, a pastry chef. I don't know if taiyaki already exists in Witch Hat (NO SPOILERS), so I made Koë to be the creator of it and the spells she does.

His hat is a koi fish, the first animal her parents showed her, and thus, his favorite animal. The spell above her is dubbed "The Cool Control" spell. Basically, it's AC that can click into the part on her shoulder to complete the ring, cooling throughout the individual instead of the whole room.

The two next to him is for quickly mixing and making his creation:

Koë Crisp (crispy taiyaki that uses Empower signs in the fire sigils to crisp it). Koë Puff (softer taiyaki that uses Billow signs in the fire sigils). Place the ingredients on the spell you want to make, even customize with your choice of fillings and dough mixtures.

From simple combos like plain with chocolate filling, to combos like mint-flavored with strawberry/banana filling.

BONUS: change the center sigil to change what animal shape you want it in!

She's wearing a bikini for Bikini Day, holding a mech pencil for Mechanical Pencil Day, is a workaholic for Workaholic Day, has an apple crumble to combine National Apple Turnover Day and National Graham Cracker Day, is Hawaiian for National Hawaii Day, and her way of death is because of Build-A-Scarecrow Day.

Lyra Havika (she/her): ISTJ, demiromantic, from struggling beach girl to feared CEO. Everything was to make money for her family, but it made her more ruthless to anyone who isn't family. Firing people for doing their jobs poorly by not managing their time better, her parents told her to stop.

But the way she is was devoted to their well-being and refuses to stop. They still accept when she sends them money, but they refuse to use it until she stops. Sadly, what stops her are vengeful, former employee putting out a hit on her.

At first, it was hitmen that she beat and had arrested on her own, never letting her family know, because she still cares enough to not want to worry them while refusing to bend to their whims by letting them distance from her.

But then, a serial killer who lives for a challenge took a swing: a swing of a sickle, on Halloween, since this killer likes to give their victims Halloween-related deaths. The theme for her? Scarecrow.

Maybe the hotel can give her something to fight for again and maybe see her family in Heaven again.

Richeh (The Emo kid) : Arts & Crafts, butts heads with art teachers, wears ribbons that she made, gripes with being even shorter than the others.

Coco (The Girl-Next-Door type) : Arts Club, lovable spaz, helps make sets for the Drama Club, Agott's girlfriend, convinces Richeh to join Arts Club under the promise that no one EVER tells her what to make.

Agott (The Preppy rich kid) : Arts Club, formerly in the Debate Club and Student Council to prep herself for positions of power like her family, but then Coco gave her the courage to quit and do what she loves. Smug about Richeh being shorter than all of them.

Tetia (The Cheerleader captain) : Arts Club and Drama Club, the nicest cheerleader ever, mediator of the group, wants to be a grade school teacher someday, also wants to take up skydiving to be in the clouds.

Side note: Richeh convinces Agott to get an undercut.

Side-side note: When they got earrings, Richeh had the highest pain tolerance, and thus got more. Agott winced and slightly teared up, Tetia cried while putting on a brave face for Coco, but Coco wailed after one piercing and never got another one to match.
