On July 23, Russia has struck the city of Pavlohrad in Ukraine's Dnipro region, hitting a food industry enterprise. Three people were killed and dozens were injured. Russia continues to wage war against civilians, bringing death, pain, and destruction to Ukrainian communities.

Two years ago, Russia deliberately attacked Ukraine's largest children's hospital. On 8 July 2024, a Russian missile hit the Kyiv's Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital, 627 children were in the hospital. Russia's missile strike on a children's hospital was a war crime. Russia must be held accountable.
