Ukraine's long-range capabilities have reached a new milestone. Ukraine's Defence Forces have struck another facility in Russia’s oil refining industry, this time in Tobolsk, Siberia, over 2,500 kilometres away. For the first time in its history, Russia no longer has a secure strategic rear.

🇺🇦 "Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!" Those words are written on a Ukrainian fire engine. After Russia's latest missile and drone attack, Ukraine's rescuers are once again doing everything they can to save others.
On July 23, Russia has struck the city of Pavlohrad in Ukraine's Dnipro region, hitting a food industry enterprise. Three people were killed and dozens were injured. Russia continues to wage war against civilians, bringing death, pain, and destruction to Ukrainian communities.
Russia has already destroyed more than 1.5 million Ukrainian books in July alone. In just one of Russia's latest attacks on Kyiv, nearly 250,000 school textbooks were destroyed. Russia has systematically targeted museums, libraries, universities, archives, publishing houses, and cultural sites.

Two years ago, Russia deliberately attacked Ukraine's largest children's hospital. On 8 July 2024, a Russian missile hit the Kyiv's Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital, 627 children were in the hospital. Russia's missile strike on a children's hospital was a war crime. Russia must be held accountable.
On 8 July, Russia launched another overnight and morning attack on Ukraine targeting and striking once again civilian infrastructure. Russia continues its attacks on Ukrainian cities. Every day of this war brings new destruction, new victims, and new evidence that stronger air defences are needed.
