@mattalt.bsky.social I have a question for you that consistently baffles me: why do you always refer to Ginza as “THE Ginza”? You’re the only person I’ve ever heard refer to it that way in English, and as for as I know in Japanese, its simply referred to as any other area in the city.
Last night I just suddenly played some Kuru Kuru Kururin out of the blue (via the virtual GBA on Switch 2), and hey, that game is still way fun.

I go through these phases where I find myself watching less movies and more TV series, and I’m currently in one of those phases. I’ll say that I’m quite enjoying the Human Vapor series, even if it feels a bit off in terms of its Japanese-ness (but it’s super fun, especially from episode 4).
Gotta say, I love how cyberpunk-y this Steam Deck accessory looks.

So many little moments and scenarios that are packed with narrative juice but they just let them sit & don't (or can't) overplay them beyond the world of its cartoony physics. Also there is NIGHTMARE FUEL in this game

Having an absolute blast revisiting Black Flag via the new Resynced release. Forgot just how fun this game is, combining the traditional AC gameplay (still love me some assassinations) with all the boat traversal and combat. Fun, fun.
Following weeks of gray skies and rain, it’s nice to see blue skies again.
Give it a try. This is one of the best games I’ve played this year, and it’s disappointing to not hear people talk about it.
