I am not a fan of the admin theme color (brighter blue) and the fonts and font sizes in the WP admin in 7.0. I have got to figure out how to override those with my own styles.

Think on this. If you ask ChatGPT "How can I make this div accessible?", it will suggest pretty good ARIA. What it won't do is question the basic premise, ie, "Why are you using a div when a semantic element is available?" To me, that sums up what devs aren't being taught. The basics are ignored.
