Alex Chang, MD@alexchangmd.bsky.social · 9mo agoAh makes sense…working on a one-pager for patients in this setting. Strangely, colleague had a male in 30s with col4a5 asymptomatic without hematuria and proteinuria, normal GFR, detected on reproductive screening genetic test done prior to marriage

I first presented the data in this paper at the Philly Podocyte meeting in May 2023 (thanks @ksusztak.bsky.social & Larry Holzman), and a few days ago the paper appeared in @kidneyint.bsky.social . Promising results for new ways to treat Alport syndrome. kidney-international.org/article/S008...
