right before the year ended, i decided to make a compilation of 25 things i learned in 2025 i wrote down the first things that came to mind (also this was written live on stream LMAOOO the clock was TICKING)

25 things i learned in 2025: 1. you can't customize the middle mouse scroll wheel button. it's supplied by browsers, NOT your system OS 2. sarsaparilla drinks are more commonly found in SEA/OCE regions (aka not very frequently in the US) 3. OBS audio track splitting WAS easy after all! worth it for editing lots of clips if you need it 4. you can speed-feed pikmin bloom nectar by feeding them and holding the whistle (all the flowers instantly appear) 5. apparently i tend to underestimate the time needed for most projects. it's good to overshoot rather than crunch 6. blockbench has an auto turnaround GIF exporter!!!!!! 7. blockbench also easily lets you eyedrop from reference pictures!!!! very handy 8. aseprite's quick eyedropper tool is holding the ALT button (instead of needing to click I and back to B) 9. in windows 11, the .aseprite files will have the program icon in the preview, but .ase WILL NOT 10. blender has an auto papercrafting tool (free and built-in!) 11. fallout (the game) is not what you think it is. the pip is a tool, not a guy 12. Instagram has some crazy updates?? you can repost posts now and react to them?? and all the buttons are rounded now?????? 13. apparently the TikTok live meta is not bad. (for discoverability) BUT you do meet some wild people 14. bongo cat is a really cute and fun and genius idle game idea 15. .db files are cool 16. apparently stranger things is still not over??????? 17. streamerbot lets you group channel point redeems and enable/disable them together 18. the end of the shoelace is called an aglet, not an eyelet 19. Winnie the pooh gets sniped* (safely) in the later half of The Bee Movie 20. more people in the f0rest prefer creamy peanut butter to chunky/crunchy 21. apparently not everyone calls it "chunky peanut butter" and instead say "crunchy" 22. all-vegetarian/vegan buffets exist and they are so yummy 23. billie eilish is vegan? 24. sometimes you just have to throw it away 25. projects don't have to be perfect to be done, you can always improve them later
