Percent of Astronomy Faculty Members Who Are Women, 2010 to 2022

In 2022, 17% of full professors, 37% of Associate Professors, 35% of Assistant Professors, 35% of Instructor/Adjuncts, and 18% of "other ranks" were women. Overall, this is 23% women, and down from 2020's overall of 27% (matching 2018's rates).
