OPI Rapid Dry gets a thumbs up from me. Make sure you use the whole system if you try it. Clearly Fast is a base and top coat so just one is nice. Thin coat of that, thin coat of color, thin coat of top coat and boom you have a ~15 min mani. It takes longer than 60 seconds to dry but it’s fast.
