I don't think we've confronted the fact that the perceived excesses of the "woke" agenda are coded feminine, and the actual excesses of the Trumpist agenda are coded masculine. Given how deeply misogyny is embedded in US society (and not just), it's obvious why the latter won that contest.

My sister took this little #opossum in about a month ago after its mom abandoned it in a nasty alley behind a dumpster. Lately I’ve been tossing him my peach pits after I finish the fruit, and he loses his mind over them. This little trash alley opossum has turned out to be pretty damn cute. 🍑🩶
