in a true urban environment, curbside pick up for fast food restaurants is located inside the parking garage, so that private automobiles don’t block the bus lanes or take up the valuable loading zones of course, real ones know an e-bike is the best tool for food pick up and/or delivery

Voting for downzoning a property that was upzoned in 2023 is exactly the type of shenanigans I was hoping not to see. This was the SP and they are going back down to ar2a. She’s wasting planning time and resources and you should say something about it.
