Very excited for this session! Improvements to "conferencing" over the years include: presenting w/friends, engaging w/amazing discussants like @alexfreidus.bsky.social @ericaoturner.bsky.social, & being so tired in this stage of life that a conference away will feel restful :)

Work by @mayakaul.bsky.social, @jesboldt.bsky.social, @talialeibovitz.bsky.social and more! tinyurl.com/29522dkp

I'm teaching Ed Policy for Teacher Leaders this summer. I'm inheriting the wonderful Dr. Farley-Ripple's materials, but they're several years old. What should I include in my refresh, particularly in these times? Academic articles welcomed, but also videos, practitioner-facing articles, etc. please!

Any other junior/new faculty teacher educators thinking through what and how to courageously and ethically teach & prepare future teachers within our current racial politics want to chat/collaborate/co-create a critical community?

Hi teacher ed and critical scholar friends: any early-career or late stage doctoral students want to add some invited talks to their CV? I teach a teacher education course MWF mid-day and would welcome virtual (or in-person) guest speakers. :)

Finally submitted! This Ph.D. has been a long journey - with some welcomed (maternity leave) and some undesired (COVID) delays. But it feels nice to finally be done! I am so grateful for the community of loved ones, friends, colleagues, and mentors who have supported me through this time!

A Saturday morning of peer editing job apps & Spencer apps for friends and colleagues. I am so grateful for a rich scholarly community of collaboration and generosity. I get so inspired by all the work others' are doing and planning!
