I've been creating something entirely different the past few months. Game logic and UI have been very difficult for me, but I feel I'm slowly getting it right. It will be exciting to see what comes out of this! 👀 #gamedev

I created a cool visual UI element and how it functioned, etc. But after testing it in-game, it feels too slow, and if I speed it up, it's no longer informative. It can be difficult to drop something you like, but it needs to be just right! Back to the drawing table. 😅 #gamedev

Without a Dawn, around 40-50 minutes long, linear, and barely a game, and it costs 7.99$, has a refund rate of 3.6%, which I feel is incredibly low. That said, I find it stupid that some asshat people can complete your game, enjoy it, and refund. 😅 #gamedev

Oh man, good UI design is difficult! I think I had a pretty decent one for the game I'm currently creating, but there's something "off" about it. It's difficult to make it visually clean while still communicating its purpose to the player. Well, every failed attempt still helps a lot! #gamedev

Hey guys! I haven't updated in a while. Over a year of searching, I might have finally found a project I'm going to see through. It's quite a bit different from my past games, as I'm going "gameplay first" route this time around. Exciting to see what comes out of this. 🤞☺️

This might be one of the most insane scandals in game history When Pokemon Go players scan PokeStops, theyve been unknowingly building a detailed visual model of the world which is being sold to a military contractor to build a no-GPS positioning for the new generation of unmanned killing machines

You know you're starting to lose your mind when your file names are all CAPS and have several "FINAL" in them. 😂 This stupid animation I've been doing is so close, but still feels off, but I'll figure it out eventually, it's only a week or so! 😆 #gamedev

I saw a Reddit post a few days ago. It was basically great art, story, and audio, but mediocre gameplay versus great gameplay, but mediocre story, art, and audio. I wasn't surprised people preferred gameplay, but I was surprised that it was with such a majority, like 70-80%. 😅 #gamedev

Hey guys! Just a little shout out there about my game, Without a Dawn, that it exists and that it came to consoles a little while ago! Unfortunately, not much coverage, but it's kinda cool dark experience. If you enjoyed it, please consider spreading the word. Thank you! 💚😊 #art #indiegame

Creating games is no easy nor quick task. Especially when you’re developing solo, and producing all the assets from art to audio/music by hand. It's quite a grind so I hope people can appreciate devs like me who stubbornly stick to old ways of creation. Games are art! 😄 #gamedev #indiegame

Here's a paradox: The more experience I get creating games, the easier it gets. At the same time, it's harder because I always want to get better and top my previous work. So, in many ways, creating games is more difficult now than when I first started over ten years ago. 😂 #gamedev
