❌Ken Sim cut $11 million from the Park budget. ❌More than that, the council is responsible by law for the VPD budget. ❌Now Ken Sim is trying to pass the buck for VPD beach patrols to the Park Board? ✅Everything under Ken Sim is getting worse. ❌When you have a part-time mayor, you get bad decisions.
