🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 Great gym day and bike ride. The below is from a few minutes ago when I had to wear suits to work. The Marketing department made hundreds of videos of me talking about financial stuff. No, I wasn’t a funeral home director. It was the early MTV era (aka fun). I hated the suits.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌄 Good workout and great bike ride. Every machine, every bike distance, time, speed, etc., is measured. Everything I eat, calculated for mutual support. I could talk about it for hours but who’s got time? I do it all for my quality of life. For me.
