This time next week I’ll be preparing to go to Göteborg! Any recommendations for things to visit and do, and places to eat? Are there museum exhibitions about their hosting Eurovision in 1985? 😂

All I see on Facebook and X these days is adverts from R*form councillors, accounts licking Apple’s arse, and an advert to join an illegal migration march in Leeds. Just pure evil sh*t.
Whoever made this poll can’t write survey questions properly. There’s too much going on in this question. I would have set this up as a Likert type scale with a series of statements to rate. Although no doubt there are limitations in question design in the software.
According to this poll, ¾ of Brits think that political voting is a major factor in the UK's woes at #Eurovision.
A series of bad results for the UK in Eurovision has now got MPs asking questions of the BBC about what’s going on. No doubt someone will ask about ‘value for money’ but will there be questions of a certain country’s participation amongst this?
🇬🇧 The Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee is likely to call BBC employees and music industry experts to give evidence at a hearing that will be held "over the coming months." More: www.bbc.com/news/article...
I've always wanted to be like a mummy in a book. I am, but it's that book about Joan Crawford.
Breathe it in. A Dinnerladies moment.
These questions on the European Common Market on #Mastermind tonight are terribly vague and requiring lengthy responses 😲
Both teams are so lovely tonight! Even the other team tonight, with Public Health registrar Ben and his magnificent moustache 🥸
I love them. I want them to win. #OnlyConnect
Living the Dream with Jane McDonald. She’s already been attacked by the smoke machine that messed up her sombre piano performance, but she carried on like a trooper 🤩
And all the gays have bought the Jane McDonald fans. I wanted one!
In the M&S bank arena queuing in a long queue for a drink before Jane McDonald and a fair whack of hunky guys around. But think they’re the ones who’ve been dragged along with their girlfriends…

I do like a Pendolino, and I’m baffled as to why the UK hasn’t commissioned more of these types of trains since. Its like the last game-changing type of train that’s been built 🤷🏻♂️
Also, now I've taken my headphones out, I'm reminded how amazingly good the acoustic dampening down the carriages is. There's people four seats away talking quite loudly and I can barely hear them
I’m absolutely baffled how Mrs Goodman booked a cruise, to find out when she got on ship that the itinerary was different to what she booked 🤷🏻♂️ #TheCruise
R*form UK just had a ‘party political broadcast’ which they used as a tribute to Ann Widdecombe. More like using her death for political gain more like.
Three thousand pieces of Corfe Castle doesn't exactly get your knickers wagging.
What is it with straight guys wearing Saloman trainers? They are bloody everywhere in London.
Where is Esther Rantzen? Frank Bruno doesn’t get a mention, and why no Sooty! (Victoria Wood on Dame Barbara Cartland’s book about famous people)
There's millions of ways to get on television. You could hang around a shopping centre and see if Esther Rantzen offers you a tray of peculiarly shaped vegetables.
Just waiting for the arrival of the messiah! Sam Ryder will probably be adorning the wall of fame in The Palladium next to Jane McDonald and Julian Clary 😍 #jesuschristsuperstar
Witness for the Prosecution tonight at County Hall. Was fun to be in a courtroom theatre (which is probably an oxymoron!). Performances were a bit corny at times, but not a patch on Marlene Dietrich and Charles Loughton.
Oh there is a German sausage connoisseur on #onlyconnect tonight 😲😲😲
And what’s more bonkers is that Angela Lansbury’s character Mrs ‘Arris plays a maid to a woman who was in The Onedin Line 😲
Look at that… John Savident “I say, I say” Fred from Corrie playing a managing director at Dior, next to Diana Rigg and Angela Lansbury in Mrs ‘Arris Goes to Paris.

She said your real father is a right prominent rhythm guitarist, and your mother does the ironing for University Challenge.
If anyone does follow me on Instagram, I’m doing top 5 videos on various #Eurovision performances, ranging from necklaces, to chairs on stage, to dance routines. Handle is same as here, except a [dot] after the j ☺️
Watching #BargainHunt and the auctioneer host today is so stilted, wooden and has no socialisation skills at all. Should be Natasha.
“Why haven’t I got any granary torpedoes, Norman?”
Just sign it Bren, I've got an itchy bum.
