我昨天发表在《The Diplomat》上的文章的中译稿，刊在议报译丛。 北京正将对藏人及其他少数民族的同化政策法律化 yibaochina.com?p=257639 在法律层次，中共的少数民族政策正式进入第二代。学者用“第二代少数民族政策”将习近平执政后的政策与他之前的政策--“第一代政策”--区别开来，第一代政策的宪法基础是“民族自治”，虽然中共在政策实践上从来没有真正地让少数民族自治过，但是他们不敢公然反对民族自治的原则。习近平的少数民族政策方向是同化并从宪法层次抛弃民族自治原则，同化一直在强行推进，而在法律层次去除“民族自治”从今年“两会”开始公然登场。这是中共民族政策的重大转折点。
