Dr. Fauci is a hero. He really is. He helped guide America thru a mass death event. Millions more could have died but they did not, thanks to him. Everyone over 70 owes him a debt. It is disgusting that we live in a country that not only dishonors him but actively smears his good name.

100% this. Years of treating outpt and inpt COVID patients, NEVER have I encountered a patient who had a side effects of the vaccine beyond a sore arm and a mild fever/headache. (side effects of ANY vaccine, BTW) None of my colleagues encountered any patients with actual complications.

I’ve treated thousands of COVID patients who needed to be hospitalized but I’ve never seen a single person who needed to be hospitalized for a complication from a COVID vaccine. Cause these people are always lying.

A favorite story— Petitioner: Would you like to sign a petition to require voter ID? Person: Do I have to show ID to sign? Petitioner: No. Person: Then how do you verify? Petitioner: We do address and signature matching. Person: Do you hear yourself?

Med co-pays went up recently, because of of course they did... Hubs: What was that charge for the pharmacy yesterday? Me: It's for menopause meds Hubs: They've gotten more expensive. Do you need them? Me: They keep me from stabbing everyone Hubs: 🤔 Hubs: 😶 Hubs: A very worthwhile investment.

My patient presented to the ER recently with one (1) single bout of loose stool. Her reason for the visit was, and I quote: "I want to be tested for Cyclospora so we can alert the public and I can save the town." That's right, saving the community one poo at a time. Now that's a healthcare hero! 💩

FDA: "Just kidding! Everyone who ate shredded lettuce in the past two weeks, your collective explosive diarrhea is all pure coincidence or you made it up. No way that the extremely accurate PCR, ELISA, and culture pathogen tests were correct. Carry on."

My copyeditor just pointed out that the dog in the story was four years old, not six, as I mistakenly wrote much later on in the book. About 80 pages apart, both numbers spelled correctly and sentences grammatically correct. A bot would not get this.

Yeah would a bot notice that time I got the directionality of time zone changes backwards or the book where two of my characters had a first kiss twice 100 pages apart

ICE is engaged in a very large escalation nationwide, with the agency claiming to be hitting record arrest numbers amid the return of quotas. This has gotten very little attention from the media because ICE learned lessons from the chaotic disasters of Kristi Noem’s tenure. Keep a watch.

ICE is surging in the Seattle area. (Map shows activity in the last week) Do you have your whistle with you?

Map of ICE sightings from iceout.org, 7/1-7/8, showing Puget sound area between Fort Lewis and Marysville.

To be clear, in my line of work if I'm "consentually careless" that means I didn't explain to the patient about the pros and cons of the procedure and just started cutting off body parts, all willy nilly...

Pretty proud of myself. I hate conflict, but I have knowledge and wish to use it for good. Once in a great while I do expert witness work. Most of it is at the case review level, which means I just look at the medical records and provide an objective opinion of causation/outcome. No confrontation

I was told that my rural doc ER characters who work 24 hour shifts or my rural FP's who work several days/week at a time on call is not realistic because "it's not how that works." So, city-dweller, you're saying I didn't experience my own reality? Or my colleagues alongside me, we hallucinated it?

A contest judge was unnerved by the fact that a book that opened with a scene in the heroine’s office wasn’t a workplace romance.
