Getting into this art exhibition is a small win that I’ve needed for a long time. I’ve been too sick to participate in society for over 5 years now, quietly making art at home and wondering if it was good enough to get me back out into the world a bit eventually. Looks like maybe so 🤩
At first I didn’t think this was going to be worth finishing, but I came back to it anyway and ended up catching a groove.

Good problems (but I want your opinions): Which of these do I print on fabric first??? I drew so many prints 😅 and want to make it a goal for next year to get custom fabric and make some shirts and things. I’m leaning toward the snake or snails? But I want to know, what’s your favorite??
A while ago, someone suggested that I pair matching pieces together to sell as sets, to make it easier for people to decorate with all these wild colors without getting intimidated. I think that’s a pretty cool idea, and that these would work well together as a set:

Just over here swimming in newly drawn repeating prints 🐠 Let’s call this one “Fish and Pond Weeds”. I know I want to sew with these, but I’m also considering making fabric to sell and/or licensing it for that, and, or, and/or ??? (idk, but these are fun) #illustration #TextileDesign #SewSky
Just a tree on a mound, quietly contemplating the complexities of life.
These vintage shorts I embroidered. They only fit sometimes because jeans, but still I’m pretty proud of them. #embroidery #FiberArts #fashion
