AfD-Verbot: Ich finde das Argument "das löst die Probleme nicht, denn danach sind die Extremisten ja immer noch da" sehr befremdlich. Das gilt doch für alle Verbotsverfahren. Islamistische, extremistusche Vereine werden doch richtigerweise auch trotzdem verboten.

Given the many proposals on a greater UNHCR role in refugee staus determination/assessment in third countries. Evidence is clear that UNHCR can be locked into RSD without clear perspective of national takeover. Plus: such role can impede its political weight in the supervisory role of refugee law.
Julian Lehmann@jlehmann.bsky.social · 3y agoAs a sidenote: it's also a major victory for UNHCR - the Court goes at lenghts to stress the importance of HCR assessment and evidence. More important than ever for HCR to internally firewall such analysis from political interference.

Implikationen für D? Für jegliche ähnliche Überlegungen wird man wird sich ganz genau angucken müssen, ob die Verfahren anderswo rechtssicher durchführbar sind/durchgeführt werden, ob sie nun in der Hand der Behörden dort oder der eigenen Behörden sind.

Ich habe (mal abgesehen von den rechtlichen Zweifeln) ein echtes Verständnisproblem, warum sie in der SPD glauben, mit ihrer "Migrationszentren"-Idee glauben, die Ankunftszahlen zu verringern. Weil: Die Möglichkeit, geordnet in einem Drittstaat einen Antrag zu stellen, ist doch recht attraktiv.(1/2)
