Working on Teambuilding Exercise, W2's premiere (first, possibly recurring) team tournament because it's more fun when brackets have a theme. Sometimes that theme is 1994. Sometimes that theme is The Power of Friendship. (Also if you are an artist type let's talk I almost have the date nailed down)
My two favorite FGC things this year have been running a retro tournament for a niche audience and running "potluck casuals" where we ask people to show up with a game they want to share and we end up jamming on all kinds of stuff. You can just have fun with friends/people that will become friends
