The NZ accent had me thinking @thebeths.bsky.social were getting bitter when they were actually getting better. Big difference! Need to retune these American ears.

Favorites of the year: Books! #1 Land of Milk and Honey, C Pam Zhang. Loved it, bought it for both my kids, my husband, my Dad. Plus it has the best end Acknowledgements/Thanks page ever.
