If your principles, constraints, and regulatory requirements aren’t encoded explicitly, AI may not generate what you expect. Not a bug; a “feature”. In the absence of direction, it fills the void. 🐛 LLMs can generate working code. That doesn’t mean it follows your organization's rules. #AI

After a talk on Team Topologies and AI, someone asked which of its fundamental assumptions AI challenges. 🤺 AI doesn’t break Team Topologies. It exposes how often it becomes an org chart exercise: label the teams, done. The value is in evolving team interactions to improve the flow of value.
