I ordered from #ModiBodi having read good reviews. BUT they’ve subsequently emailed me repeatedly with no unsubscribe option and their customer service email is handled by an AI bot (you can tell by the way it did the ChatGPT sycophantic ‘you’re right, that email should by law have had an opt out’)…

“Now is the time for intergenerational thinking… Now is the time for us to continue protecting nature over short-term gains. The costs of doing so today are far lower than the cost of repairing the damage later.” — Dr Danielle Shanahan, CEO Zealandia Te Māra a Tāne newsroom.co.nz/2026/05/22/m...

I got a jury duty summons for July. I’ll be away. There’s no way to respond other than post. They want proof of my travel so I have to print a digital e-ticket and mail it?!

Laundry, Cuba Street, Wellington. Consistently great bar food including the best fries, cooked in the caravan out back. And many pints of Supercharger (pre-sale of Panhead to Lion). It hasn’t been five years yet but it left a big hole 😟 screw greedy landlords everywhere!

Laundry bar on Cuba Street, pōneke wellington. Probably during Cuba Dupa 2019. The street is crowded with happy people and the big green frontage says dry cleaners and pressers.

Democracy Briefing: How Privatisation built the MisManageMyHealth disaster

Why don’t we have a single, secure, government-run system for health records?
