“Reasonable adjustments aren’t fair” is a comment I’ve heard a lot when asking for support. Thoughts… 1) The nature of our challenges are misunderstood 2) I don’t always have the words, energy or safety to explain 3) If everyone would benefit, why aren’t we making changes to benefit everyone?
