The worst thing I ever saw in person was almost ten years ago, when the curtains closed over my Mum's coffin at the crematorium. The second worst was last Saturday, when I saw hundreds of peaceful protestors dragged away by the police in Parliament Square. Happy Birthday, Mum. Free Palestine.
