Glasgow looks really empty in many of my images. It’s a combination of day time, exposure & traffic lights. Day = weekends Time = early Exposure = 30 sec + Traffic lights = I wait & see what the timing is on them and use this time to get the camera in & the shot taken @realitysosubtle.bsky.social

Trying the wild farmed flour today along with my usuals. 500g WF 200g malted rye 300g eight grain To this I will add 600ml of water and about 250 ml or starter. Making it reasonably high water content but not too high. Will see how it is in a few days #sourdough #homebaking #breadmaking

I keep three sourdough starters A San Francisco Black Death And a local one. This is the Black Death after nearly 2 months in the fridge un fed I took a tablespoon spoon from it and tossed the rest. It’s now ready to bake from. Such a great starter with a lovely flavour.
