That’s also my name on Twitter. I have a blog about the Cardinals (stlbullpen.com) and thoughts about a bunch of other things.
You can’t devote yourself this full-throatedly to Islamophobia and then get upset when your base get scared by any slightly different name from what they’re used to. Yes they’re dumb children but you’re the one who keeps enabling it.
LOMBARDO: So I know the pastor spoke about Officer Abdelnabi-- TRUMP RALLY CROWD: *Boooooo* LOMBARDO: No. We're not booing him. He's the officer that passed away here recently
RFK Jr. is the most Everyone Is 12 Now person in politics today. He doesn’t care about health. He cares about not eating his vegetables because you can’t make him.
I've seen a lot of things where people are like, "RFK is just promoting healthy eating," and it's amazing what branding can do, because as far as I've seen, the main dietary things that RFK has pushed are the importance of eating fast food fried in a particular animal fat and drinking raw milk.
I think either Michigan senate candidate could have achieved either a win or a loss in the general but the bland “people will get scared by the Muslim guy” take is a very funny way to admit a complete lack of comprehension of Michigan demographics
While I agree that Missouri Democrats should be doing a hell of a lot better given how poorly Republicans do on ballot initiatives, the amendments yesterday were exceptionally bad. Pure heat checks from Kehoe and Co. The legislative equivalent of Alabama nominating Roy Moore for Senate.
I’m not saying it’s right or wrong but Wesley Bell really does seem to have a silent majority behind him because that was not even remotely close to
I figured Bell was probably going to win but…that was quick
A pretty conservative guy at my work today was openly discussing his energy for voting against Amendments 4 and 5. That shit was never gonna pass.
A lot of people are talking about the AIPAC influence in Michigan, but at least Stevens has made Israel a part of her public platform. I live in the St. Louis media market. They don’t all do that!
If your winning issue is trans women in sports, and you're struggling to uncover trans women in any league that anybody has ever heard of, then how do you keep trans athletes at the top of people's minds? Answer: You invent them. defector.com/the-right-ha...
The Right Has Created Their Perfect Trans Athlete | Defector
A lot of people in and around the WNBA are talking about trans women. In the aftermath of Indiana Fever role player Sophie Cunningham’s negative comments about trans people playing sports in an ESPN…

I am going to boycott the WNBA unless they make sure every team is majority trans. As somebody who has attended one (1) WNBA game, I am a much more significant contributor to their bottom line than most of the current run of grifters, and thus I expect my demands to be met.
again, if i had a calculator that gave me the wrong answer one (1) time, i would throw it out and never use it again and could probably bankrupt the company by simply telling people what happened
Gotta love the “or stocks” part. Like Gemini realized its first answer was nuts so it tried to wedge in a better one.
Friend of mine who isn’t a movie guy saw The Odyssey and didn’t know who Tom Holland was but he thought Tom Holland was good. And here’s the thing, he’s right.
Hmm, if only every major women’s sports association in the world had procedures in place for such a situation. Oh well, can’t be done.
Take some Brewers prospects and make a Cubs division title less likely. Folks, we love it.
"It's about protecting women's sports which, by the way, I hate more than anything in the world."
What sort of delusional BS is this??? www.mediaite.com/media/news/c...
Seems weird that there isn’t a section of the American electorate that hated COVID restrictions so much and thus blames the president at the time of them
I don’t think PCA is very religious, at least publicly, but I’m dying at the idea of somebody believing stridently that God existed on Earth 2000 years ago and that our history of the story is accurate but also the 1930s didn’t happen
Happy Primary Election Eve to everyone but Ann Wagner, who apparently thinks Missouri and Georgia are the same state. lol
I do kinda wonder how the right wing grift factory is gonna respond when they learn why the Mercury (allegedly) traded Sophie Cunningham
In the one WNBA game I’ve ever attended, Sophie Cunningham was unequivocally worse than she was today. So good for her I guess
Funny legacy for the Boomers who venerated RFK that his legacy is now gonna be his dipshit nepo baby son. Well deserved outcome.
Going full conspiracy mode on the Dodgers/Tigers trade. MLB wanted more ammo for its stupid salary cap campaign and this is about as good as it’s going to get.
The juxtaposition of political ads in Greater St. Louis is amazing. All the locals: I will grind Donald Trump into dust and piss on the remnants. All the statewides: See this scary brown guy, this is why we should ban public schools
The “protect women sports!” crowd, if they were sincere in what they claim to believe, should be constantly stanning Brittney Griner, a naturally physically dominant cis woman, but instead she is just constantly accused of being a man
