This week, I attended Marie Curie UK National Summit on #PalliativeCare and #EndOfLifeCare in Westminster. Colleagues from across health and social care discussed best practice, challenges and opportunities to develop greater collaboration and support for all.

It's #DyingMattersAwarenessWeek and NHS England are looking for Case Studies & examples of best practice in #PalliativeCare and #EndOfLifeCare, and #SpecialistLevelPalliativeCare workforce models and delivery of care.
