Ryan@r-condon.bsky.social · last yr.2-2 with this weird deck/draft in the open. Probably could have eked out a 2C base somewhere for more consistency. Went through a thousand different builds, still no idea which one was best Streaming with Jason to review the log later! @jointexploration.bsky.social www.17lands.com/draft/bc9009...
We're doing this again today at around 8:30 PM EST!
@jointexploration.bsky.social · last yr.Surprise stream (in that I forgot to say anywhere that this happen)! Jason and Ryan Condon are starting a possibly-recurring (we'll see) draft log review stream! The plan is to go over a draft log, and then maybe do a draft afterwards. Come join us prep for EOE draft! twitch.tv/jointexplora...

Update on the hiatus situation: it is going to be permanent :( Unfortunately, cft no longer has the time to consistently stream. We will keep the channel around, and plan to continue to do sporadic one-off streams (like the team drafts vs SystemMagic!), but nothing regular. Ty for watching!
@jointexploration.bsky.social · last yr.as an update: this will probably be a little more extended, at least until the next set release

cft placed 2nd at RC Montreal last weekend with Izzet Prowess! But this upcoming weekend is the Modern Spotlight Series in Indianapolis, so we're moving right along as we figure out what to do in this weird format. First: let's explore a somewhat old idea: Living End Control.
Actually we're just going to take this week off of streaming entirely.
@jointexploration.bsky.social · last yr.No stream today, due to some transportation-related issues. Also no stream on Thursday, as cft is going to Montreal to LCQ.

Let's return to stock Izzet Prowess. Maybe it was the best way all along. www.twitch.tv/jointexplora...
One deckbuilding theory that you could subscribe to is that you should probably play at least one of the best cards in the format. What if we played three of them - Mox Opal, Phalge, and Cori-Steel Cutter? www.twitch.tv/jointexplora...
The original Vitality combo, back when the card was released, was Stormsplitter, not Floodcaller. Now that we have some more toys to play with - namely Stock Up and Cutter - let's revisit that! www.twitch.tv/jointexplora...
Black midrange creatures can be pretty good against the Prowess menace - let's see if adding Stock Up to the mix results in a deck that makes sense. www.twitch.tv/jointexplora...
Minneapolis is just around the corner, so today we're going to get some last minute testing in, specifically focus testing Otters vs Prowess, and trying some new cards for Otters! www.twitch.tv/jointexplora...
Prowess has shown its strength at the European RC, and cft is locking it in for Minneapolis. Let's see how they've been building the deck! www.twitch.tv/jointexplora...
