"Spiderman: Brand New Day". Enjoyed it. There were some surprises and a moment where I was genuinely holding my breath because I didn't know which way they were going to take things. Main take away, though, was.... can kids REALLY not get home if they don't have their phone?!

"Outlaw Star fan-art in 2026?" Quality anime is quality anime, and I love 90s vintage. There is SOME good, modern stuff out there, but the over-use of labour-saving methods that 90s studios didn't have access to made 25 years of output look kinda "meh" in comparison.

"We're going to teach AI in schools" What does that even mean? A search engine uses AI, as does a diagnostics unit; they're not the same thing. Their purposes vary, as do the level of interaction between user and software. There is no "general training" in AI.

AI users describing talent as a "monopoly". I've never looked at a musician and thought "they have a monopoly". They have a SKILL that I DON'T, meaning if someone wants a tune written, they go to THEM and not ME. Insecure, work-shy neurotics are actually trying to VILIFY skill.

AI really IS just modern-day Spirograph: a mathematical practice to generate an image that has been automated to the point where the user requires little to no understanding of the mechanics at work..... allowing room for the delusion that THEY created something.
