I head canon that Jon learns all the jobs in the game, but while this gives him a lot of versatility, he ends up falling short in terms of raw power. A jack of all trades, master of none.

Jon is 25 at the start of ARR. By the end of Endwalker, he's 28. I headcanon that Jon takes it a bit easy after Endwalker, and it's about 2 years later when Dawntrail occurs, making him 30.
